Siphon or Vacuum Pot
Brew Instructions
[ YOU WILL NEED ]

Fresh Cone Drip Grind Coffee
Clean Siphon Pot
Pre-wet Cloth Filter
Purified Water
Coffee Scoop
Small wooden spoon or chopstick for stirring

[STEP 1]
After assembling siphon pot with filter in place, add purified water to base bowl and place 1 coffee scoop (7 grams) of siphon cone drip coffee for every 6oz. of water into the top bowl of siphon. Measurements should be used as a starting point. Adjust according to taste.

[STEP 2]
Insert the siphon vessel on the top bowl into the bottom bowl, taking care not to knock the siphon (they are usually very delicate) and ensure a good seal with the rubber gasket.

[STEP 3]
Add your heat source to the base bowl on high and as the water begins to creep into the coffee in the top bowl, begin to stir the grinds to fully saturate the brew.

[STEP 4]
When there is about 1/2 inch of water left in the base bowl (never let the water boil completely out of the base bowl!!!) you can take the siphon off the heat completely and place it on a cool surface.

[STEP 5]
The coffee brew will begin to drop back into the base bowl and you can take the top bowl off placing it on your stand that came with the siphon. Your delicious coffee is ready to enjoy!
